The Cabinet of Artefacts and Natural Curiosities

The former dormitory of the orphan boys in the mansard roof of the historic Orphanage has housed the Francke Foundations Cabinet of Artefacts and Natural Curiosities since the middle of the 18th century. Over 3,000 objects from all over the world are gathered in this first museum room.
